In compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we want to assure you that any personal data submitted through our HR system, which is hosted by ‘Exelsys’ on our behalf, will be diligently controlled by Euploia Partners Limited, serving as the Data Controller. We also act as the System Administrator. Your personal data will be handled exclusively by authorized personnel within our Human Resources Department, who are tasked with the processing and evaluation of your application.

 The purposes for processing your personal data include:

• Processing, reviewing, managing, and evaluating your employment application.
• Communicating with you during the application process to request any additional information, send emails, and keep you informed about the status and progress of your application.

Retention Policy: With your consent, we will retain your personal information and application in our online recruitment system for up to twelve (12) months, after which all data will be securely deleted. If you do not provide consent, your personal data will be deleted within thirty (30) working days following the completion of our recruitment process for the specific vacancy you applied for.

Your Rights as a Candidate: While your application is stored in our system, you have the right to log in with your personal password to access and manage the information you’ve shared with us. You may review, update, modify, or delete any or all of your submitted information at any time.
